Application Process:

Step 1: Obtain the E-Nirman Card

1. Visit the E-Nirman Portal:
   • Go to the e-Nirman Portal.
2. Register on the Portal:
   • On the homepage, under the ‘Login to Portal’ tab, click on ‘Please Register Here.’
   • Enter all the required information and click on ‘Register.’
3. Login to Your Account:
   • After successful registration, log in using your User ID and Password.
4. Update Your Profile:
   • Enter all the necessary details in your profile and click on ‘Update.’
5. Fill Out the Construction Works Form:
   • Select the ‘Construction Works Form’ and fill out all the required fields.
6. Upload Relevant Documents:
   • Upload all necessary documents as requested.
7. Submit the Form:
   • Agree to the terms and conditions, then submit the form.
8. Receive Application Number:
   • After submission, an application number will be generated. Keep this number for future reference.

Step 2: Track Your E-Nirman Application Status

1. Visit the E-Nirman Portal:
   • Go to the e-Nirman Portal.
2. View Citizen Application Status:
   • On the homepage, click on ‘View Citizen Application Status.’
3. Enter Required Details:
   • Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth.
4. View Status:
   • Click on ‘View Status’ to check the current status of your application.

Step 3: Apply for the Scheme Benefit

1. Visit the Sanman Portal:
   • Go to the Sanman Portal.
2. Register on the Portal:
   • On the homepage, under the ‘Citizen Login’ tab, click on ‘Please Register Here.’
   • Enter your Aadhaar Card Number, select the user type, and enter your E-Nirman Card Number.
   • Click on ‘Fetch’ to submit your details.
3. Login to Your Account:
   • After successful registration, log in using your User ID and Password.
4. Select the Scheme:
   • Choose the Shree Nanaji Deshmukh Awas Yojana from the list of schemes.
   • Read the instructions carefully before proceeding.
5. Fill Out the Application Form:
   • Complete the application form by entering all necessary details.
6. Upload Relevant Documents:
   • Upload the required documents, such as your e-Nirman Card, Aadhaar Card, Allotment Letter, and others.
7. Submit the Application:
   • Agree to the Rules & Regulations and submit the application form.
   • A confirmation email with the application number will be sent to your registered email ID.

Step 4: Post-Application Process

1. Verification by District Project Manager:
   • Your application will be first verified and approved by the District Project Manager.
2. Approval by District Inspector:
   • The application will then be verified and approved by the District Inspector and forwarded to the Head Office.
3. Verification by State Project Manager:
   • At the Head Office, the State Project Manager will verify your application and send it to the Government Labour Officer (GLO).
4. Final Approval:
   • The Government Labour Officer at the Head Office, along with the Member Secretary, will give final approval to your application.
5. Disbursement of Financial Assistance:
   • After approval, the financial assistance will be processed by the Accounts Officer and sent to the authority via Demand Draft (DD).
