Application Process:
Step 1: Obtain the E-Nirman Card
- Visit the E-Nirman Portal:
- Go to the e-Nirman Portal.
- Register on the Portal:
- On the homepage, under the ‘Login to Portal’ tab, click on ‘Please Register Here.’
- Enter all the required information and click on ‘Register.’
- Login to Your Account:
- After successful registration, log in using your User ID and Password.
- Update Your Profile:
- Enter all the necessary details in your profile and click on ‘Update.’
- Fill Out the Construction Works Form:
- Select the ‘Construction Works Form’ and fill out all the required fields.
- Upload Relevant Documents:
- Upload all necessary documents as requested.
- Submit the Form:
- Agree to the terms and conditions, then submit the form.
- Receive Application Number:
- After submission, an application number will be generated. Keep this number for future reference.
Step 2: Track Your E-Nirman Application Status
- Visit the E-Nirman Portal:
- Go to the e-Nirman Portal.
- View Citizen Application Status:
- On the homepage, click on ‘View Citizen Application Status.’
- Enter Required Details:
- Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth.
- View Status:
- Click on ‘View Status’ to check the current status of your application.
Step 3: Apply for the Scheme Benefit
- Visit the Sanman Portal:
- Go to the Sanman Portal.
- Register on the Portal:
- On the homepage, under the ‘Citizen Login’ tab, click on ‘Please Register Here.’
- Enter your Aadhaar Card Number, select the user type, and enter your E-Nirman Card Number.
- Click on ‘Fetch’ to submit your details.
- Login to Your Account:
- After successful registration, log in using your User ID and Password.
- Select the Scheme:
- Choose the Shree Nanaji Deshmukh Awas Yojana from the list of schemes.
- Read the instructions carefully before proceeding.
- Fill Out the Application Form:
- Complete the application form by entering all necessary details.
- Upload Relevant Documents:

- Verification by State Project Manager:
- At the Head Office, the State Project Manager will verify your application and send it to the Government Labour Officer (GLO).
- Final Approval:
- The Government Labour Officer at the Head Office, along with the Member Secretary, will give final approval to your application.
- Disbursement of Financial Assistance:
- After approval, the financial assistance will be processed by the Accounts Officer and sent to the authority via Demand Draft (DD).
