Job Description
As a Senior Analyst, you will provide on-site or remote technical assistance, including setting up computer hardware systems, managing Windows OS, and handling asset management tasks. Your responsibilities will also encompass antivirus management, VPN setup, LAN troubleshooting, and hardware support for laptops, desktops, and printers.
Your role will involve offering Level 1 remote desktop support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, or network problems via telephone, email, or chat. You will work within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support teams when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high login efficiency for customers.
- Maintain updated worklogs and follow escalation processes as required.
- Engage in value-adding activities like updating the knowledge base and pursuing self-development.
- Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through First Call Resolution, minimum average handling time, and reducing reopened cases.
