Introduction Nalanda University
Nalanda University, located in Bihar, India, is one of the world’s most prestigious educational institutions. Established around the time of 5th century during the Gupta Dynasty, it became an important hub for learning and drew scholars from all over Asia. After its destruction in twelveth century Nalanda was abandoned until its revival in the year 2010. It is now the symbol of India’s academic history and international collaboration.
